Refund Policy

Our refund policy differs by product and service. Read the relevant section below before making a purchase. If you have a billing issue, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank.

X/OS Toolkit

The X/OS toolkit (and the X/OS Swipe Vault order bump) are digital products delivered instantly upon payment confirmation via Fanbasis. Because access is granted immediately and the product is downloadable, all sales are final.

No refunds on digital products. Once you have been granted access to the X/OS toolkit or Swipe Vault, we are unable to issue a refund under any circumstances. This applies regardless of whether the files have been downloaded or opened.

We encourage you to review the full product description on the X/OS page before purchasing. If you have questions about what is included, contact us via WhatsApp before buying.

This no-refund policy is consistent with your rights under UK and EU consumer law for digital content to which you have expressly consented to immediate delivery, and have acknowledged the loss of your right to withdraw, at the point of purchase.

Scale Circle Community

The Scale Circle membership is a recurring monthly subscription at €99/month, billed automatically via Whop. Access to the Discord community, live calls, and all community content begins immediately upon payment.

No refunds on community membership fees. Because access to live sessions, community content, and call recordings begins immediately, membership fees already billed are non-refundable.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access until the period you have paid for expires. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

The free Starter Blueprint tier has no associated fees and therefore no refund considerations.

Agency Ad Accounts

Agency ad account services involve three types of charges: a one-time setup fee, a recurring monthly management fee, and ad credit top-ups. Each has its own position:

Setup fee (€297 for Starter tier)

Non-refundable. The setup fee covers account provisioning, onboarding, business manager configuration, and infrastructure setup — work that is performed immediately upon payment. It is non-refundable once setup has commenced.

Monthly management fees (€197–€497/month)

Non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already billed for the current period.

Ad credit top-ups

Non-refundable once transferred. Ad credits loaded to your advertising account on Meta, TikTok, or Google are transferred directly to the platform. Once transferred, we have no ability to recover them. Top-ups are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Account suspension by platforms: Exposcale is not responsible for ad account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by Meta, TikTok, or Google as a result of your advertising activity or policy violations. No refunds of setup fees, management fees, or ad credits are issued in these circumstances.

Media Buying Services

Media buying is a done-for-you service delivered on a monthly retainer basis. Services commence at the start of each billing period.

Retainer fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. This applies to the full retainer for any month in which work has been initiated, including strategy, campaign setup, creative review, or any other service activity.

Either party may terminate the media buying engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees paid for the notice period are non-refundable. Ad spend managed on your behalf is your own — we do not hold or advance client advertising budgets.

Results: Exposcale does not guarantee specific ROAS, revenue, or other advertising outcomes. No refunds are issued on the basis of advertising performance.

Mentorship Programme

The 1:1 mentorship programme is a 12-week engagement at €12,000 (one-time payment), accepted by application only.

Refund requests considered before session one only. Once the mentorship programme has commenced — defined as the first scheduled session taking place — the full programme fee is non-refundable. Refund requests received in writing before the first session will be reviewed at our sole discretion. No refunds are offered after the programme has begun.

Missed sessions: Sessions missed by you with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and will not be rescheduled. Sessions missed due to circumstances on our side will be rescheduled at your convenience.

Results: The mentorship programme provides strategic guidance and accountability. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, business growth, or return on investment. No refunds are issued on the basis of business performance following the programme.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly — including duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or charges for the wrong amount — please contact us within 14 days of the charge appearing.

Genuine billing errors will be corrected. We take billing accuracy seriously. If we identify an error on our side, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect amount promptly — typically within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

To report a billing error, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference or email address used at purchase, the date and amount of the charge, and a brief description of the issue.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in immediate termination of all services and accounts, without refund. This includes ad accounts, community membership, and any active service engagements. We actively contest fraudulent chargebacks and reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated costs.

If a chargeback is filed against a legitimate charge — for example, for a digital product that was delivered and accessed — we will provide transaction records, access logs, and delivery confirmation to the payment provider in support of our position.

UK Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Digital content: For digital products (X/OS toolkit), you acknowledge at the point of purchase that you are requesting immediate access to the content and that by doing so you lose your 14-day statutory right to cancel. This acknowledgement is collected by our platform provider at checkout.

Services: For services that have commenced at your request within the 14-day cancellation period, you may be liable for a proportionate charge for services already performed if you subsequently cancel.

Nothing in this refund policy overrides or excludes your statutory rights as a UK consumer. If you believe your statutory rights have not been respected, you may contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline or seek guidance from Trading Standards.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, follow these steps:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp within 14 days of the charge
  • Include your full name, the email address used at purchase, the order reference or transaction ID, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for your request
  • We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision within 14 days
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days
